Kuahiwis
For over ten years the Kuahiwis have been perpetuating the spirit and the sound of Hawaiian Music that has been a very important part of Hawai`i and its people since the days of our kupuna (ancestors). The music of the Kuahiwis is spiritual, expressive, smooth and deeply rooted in the volcanic soil of Hawaii. Influenced by their `Ohana (family) and kupuna, these young men have blended the classic songs of their upbringing with the modern rhythms and melodies of today creating a sound that is refreshing and nostalgic.
