∙Tools, equipment and supplies:Pure cotton linens, sheets, pillowcases, etc.

∙Steps:

1. Stand on edge of bed

∙Turn mattress

∙Smooth mattress

2. Lay a sheet (spread) on bed

∙With 18" side protrusion

Protrusion ∙9" at both ends

3. Fold head and foot sheets (spreads) at a 45° oblique angle

∙Tuck sheet to underside

∙Flip sheet over on one side, forming a 45° angle from your fingertips to top corner of mattress

∙Tuck remaining sheet into bottom corner

∙Tuck remaining sheet to side

4. Lay a sheet (spread) on bed

∙Tidy up top of sheet and mattress

∙18" overhang on both sides

Protrusion ∙18" at one end

5. Spread a blanket on bed

∙Leave 6 inches from top of duvet to headboard (roll-out board) of headboard

∙Leave 18" ledges on sides

∙Leave an 18" ledge at one end

6. Fold duvet and sheet (spread) at bottom corner at a 45° oblique angle

∙Place sheets and blankets in bottom corner

∙Tuck sheet and duvet on one side, forming a 45° angle from your fingertips to top corner of mattress

∙Tuck remaining sheet into bottom corner

∙Tuck remaining sheet to side

7. Put sheets on bed

∙Lay sheet 2 inches off floor on sides and at one end

8. Pull top sheet and duvet tight

∙Fold top sheet over quilt

9. Fold sheets back

∙Fold bottom sheet 2 inches overlapping top sheet

10. Tuck your pillow into a foldable pillowcase

∙Do not hold pillow with your mouth or chin

∙Place a pillow at head

∙Open end facing edge of bed

11. Fold sheets on pillow

∙Tuck sheet into headboard (fold-out option) and behind mattress

12. Move to other side of bed and follow steps 3-11
